By visiting our website, purchasing a ticket, purchasing merchandise, attending an event, participating in an event, entering event grounds, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and any additional rules, waivers, notices, or policies posted by Caballos y Trokas.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website, purchase tickets, purchase merchandise, attend our events, or participate in any Caballos y Trokas activity.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or purchasing from Caballos y Trokas, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the website and services, including but not limited to visitors, customers, ticket purchasers, attendees, vendors, sponsors, drivers, vehicle participants, merchants, contributors of content, and any other person who interacts with Caballos y Trokas.

We reserve the right to update, change, replace, or modify any portion of these Terms at any time by posting updates to our website. Your continued use of our website, services, or attendance at our events after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.


2. Eligibility

Parents and legal guardians are fully responsible for minors attending Caballos y Trokas events. Minors must be supervised at all times.

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.

All ticket sales are subject to availability and approval by Caballos y Trokas.

A ticket is a revocable license that allows the ticket holder entry to a specific Caballos y Trokas event, subject to these Terms, event rules, venue rules, safety requirements, and applicable law.

Caballos y Trokas reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or revoke any ticket at any time if we believe the ticket was purchased fraudulently, duplicated, resold without authorization, altered, obtained through unauthorized channels, or used in violation of our policies.

Lost, stolen, damaged, duplicated, or counterfeit tickets may not be honored.

Ticket holders are responsible for providing accurate contact information at checkout. Caballos y Trokas is not responsible for missed communications due to incorrect email addresses, phone numbers, or other contact information provided by the customer.


5. Ticket Transfers and Resale

Tickets may not be resold, reproduced, duplicated, or transferred for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Caballos y Trokas.

We reserve the right to cancel any ticket that appears to have been resold, transferred, copied, or obtained through unauthorized means.

Caballos y Trokas is not responsible for tickets purchased from third parties, social media sellers, unauthorized resellers, or any source other than our official website or approved ticketing platform.


6. Pricing and Availability

Ticket prices, merchandise prices, VIP packages, parking passes, vendor fees, and other prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders, limit quantities, or refuse any transaction at our sole discretion.

In the event of an error in pricing, availability, description, or other information, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the order, even after the order has been submitted.


7. Event Admission

Admission to any Caballos y Trokas event is subject to all event rules, safety policies, venue requirements, and instructions from event staff, security, law enforcement, parking staff, medical personnel, and authorized representatives.

Caballos y Trokas reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the event without refund if that person:

  • Violates these Terms

  • Violates event rules

  • Acts in an unsafe, disruptive, threatening, or aggressive manner

  • Appears intoxicated or impaired

  • Possesses prohibited items

  • Engages in fighting, harassment, or disorderly conduct

  • Fails to follow instructions from event staff or security

Removal from the event does not entitle the attendee to a refund.


8. Event Rules and Code of Conduct

All attendees, participants, vendors, sponsors, and guests are expected to behave respectfully and safely.

The following conduct is prohibited:

  • Fighting

  • Threats or intimidation

  • Harassment

  • Reckless driving

  • Unauthorized burnouts

  • Speeding on event grounds

  • Driving under the influence

  • Illegal drug use

  • Theft

  • Vandalism

  • Disorderly conduct

  • Unsafe behavior

  • Entering restricted areas

  • Ignoring staff or security instructions

  • Throwing objects

  • Damaging vehicles, equipment, fencing, property, or event structures

  • Unauthorized vending or solicitation

  • Unauthorized commercial filming or photography

  • Any conduct that Caballos y Trokas determines to be unsafe or inappropriate

Caballos y Trokas may remove any person who violates this Code of Conduct without refund.


9. Assumption of Risk

By purchasing a ticket, entering event grounds, attending a Caballos y Trokas event, participating in any event activity, or bringing a vehicle onto event property, you acknowledge and agree that attendance and participation involve inherent and unavoidable risks.

These risks include, but are not limited to:

  • Moving vehicles

  • Show trucks

  • Burnout demonstrations

  • Vehicle exhibitions

  • Vehicle collisions

  • Reckless conduct by other attendees

  • Loud noises

  • Flying debris

  • Smoke

  • Dust

  • Gravel

  • Mud

  • Uneven terrain

  • Holes, ditches, and natural ground conditions

  • Slips, trips, and falls

  • Parking lot traffic

  • Trailers and towing equipment

  • Livestock or animals, if present

  • Crowds

  • Weather conditions

  • Heat exposure

  • Rain

  • Lightning

  • Fire

  • Equipment failure

  • Vendor activities

  • Food or beverage-related risks

  • Acts or omissions of other attendees

  • Delayed emergency response

  • Unknown or unforeseen hazards

You understand that serious injury, illness, property damage, or death may occur.

By attending or participating, you voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable, related to attendance at or participation in any Caballos y Trokas event.


10. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Caballos y Trokas LLC, its owners, members, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, vendors, affiliates, agents, representatives, security personnel, parking personnel, medical personnel, event staff, venue owners, landowners, partners, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, expenses, injuries, illness, death, property damage, theft, or liability arising out of or related to:

  • Your attendance at an event

  • Your participation in an event

  • Your use of the website

  • Your purchase of tickets or merchandise

  • Your presence on event property

  • Vehicle activity

  • Burnout activity

  • Parking areas

  • Vendor areas

  • Weather conditions

  • Acts of other attendees

  • Acts of third parties

  • Failure to follow event rules

  • Any risks associated with outdoor motorsports-style events

This release applies to claims arising from ordinary negligence to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive liability where such waiver is prohibited by law.


11. Vehicle Participation

Any person who participates in vehicle displays, competitions, burnouts, exhibitions, demonstrations, cruising, parking displays, or any other vehicle-related activity does so voluntarily and at their own risk.

Vehicle participants are solely responsible for:

  • The safe operation of their vehicle

  • The mechanical condition of their vehicle

  • Compliance with all laws and regulations

  • Compliance with event rules

  • Damage caused by their vehicle

  • Injuries caused by their vehicle

  • Maintaining control of their vehicle at all times

  • Following staff instructions

  • Ensuring the vehicle is properly insured, registered, and legally permitted where required

Caballos y Trokas does not inspect, certify, guarantee, or approve the safety, roadworthiness, legality, or condition of any vehicle.

Caballos y Trokas may remove, disqualify, or deny participation to any vehicle or driver at any time for safety reasons or rule violations.


12. Burnout and Exhibition Activities

Burnout activities, vehicle demonstrations, and similar exhibitions are inherently dangerous.

Only approved participants may enter designated burnout or exhibition areas. Unauthorized burnouts, reckless driving, donuts, racing, speeding, or vehicle stunts outside approved areas are strictly prohibited.

Participants and spectators acknowledge the risks of burnout and vehicle activities, including but not limited to tire failure, flying debris, vehicle loss of control, smoke inhalation, fire, collision, injury, property damage, and death.

Caballos y Trokas reserves the right to stop, delay, modify, cancel, or restrict any vehicle activity at any time for safety or operational reasons.


13. Parking

Parking is at your own risk.

Caballos y Trokas is not responsible for:

  • Vehicle damage

  • Theft

  • Break-ins

  • Lost property

  • Towing

  • Accidents

  • Weather damage

  • Fire

  • Damage caused by other attendees

  • Damage caused by trailers

  • Damage caused by road or ground conditions

  • Personal belongings left inside vehicles

You are responsible for safely parking your vehicle and following all parking instructions.

Vehicles parked illegally, unsafely, in restricted areas, blocking traffic, blocking emergency access, or violating event rules may be towed or removed at the owner’s expense.


14. Personal Property

You are solely responsible for all personal property brought to an event, including phones, wallets, purses, coolers, chairs, vehicles, trailers, equipment, clothing, merchandise, and other belongings.

Caballos y Trokas is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, damaged, or abandoned property.


15. Alcohol and Controlled Substances

All alcohol use must comply with federal, state, and local laws.

Caballos y Trokas reserves the right to deny entry or remove any person who appears intoxicated, impaired, disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of alcohol-related rules.

Illegal drugs and controlled substances are strictly prohibited.

No person may operate a vehicle while impaired or under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may affect their ability to operate safely.


16. Prohibited Items

Caballos y Trokas may prohibit or restrict certain items for safety, legal, or operational reasons.

Prohibited items may include, but are not limited to:

  • Illegal drugs

  • Weapons where prohibited by law or event policy

  • Fireworks

  • Explosives

  • Drones

  • Laser pointers

  • Unauthorized vending items

  • Unauthorized promotional materials

  • Glass containers, if prohibited by event rules

  • Hazardous materials

  • Items that may interfere with event operations

  • Any item deemed unsafe by Caballos y Trokas, security, or law enforcement

Caballos y Trokas reserves the right to inspect bags, coolers, containers, vehicles, and personal belongings where permitted by law and event policy.

Refusal to comply with inspection or safety procedures may result in denial of entry without refund.


17. Children and Minors

Parents and legal guardians are solely responsible for supervising minors at all times.

Caballos y Trokas events may include loud noises, moving vehicles, crowds, smoke, dust, uneven terrain, and other hazards that may not be suitable for all children.

By bringing a minor to an event, the parent or guardian assumes all risks on behalf of the minor and agrees to be responsible for the minor’s conduct, safety, and supervision.


18. Animals and Pets

Animals may be restricted or prohibited depending on event rules, venue rules, safety concerns, or applicable law.

Service animals that are legally recognized under applicable law may be permitted where required. Guests with service animals are responsible for maintaining control of the animal at all times.

Caballos y Trokas reserves the right to remove any animal that is disruptive, aggressive, unsafe, uncontrolled, or causing issues at the event.


19. Weather Policy

Caballos y Trokas events are generally held rain or shine unless otherwise announced.

Weather conditions may cause delays, schedule changes, relocation of activities, modifications, postponement, or cancellation.

Weather-related risks include, but are not limited to:

  • Rain

  • Lightning

  • Heat

  • Wind

  • Mud

  • Flooding

  • Slippery conditions

  • Dust

  • Poor visibility

  • Uneven or unsafe ground conditions

Changes due to weather, safety concerns, emergency conditions, or circumstances beyond our control do not automatically entitle ticket holders to refunds.


20. Event Changes, Postponement, or Cancellation

Caballos y Trokas reserves the right to change, delay, reschedule, postpone, relocate, or cancel any portion of an event at any time.

This includes changes to:

  • Event date

  • Event hours

  • Venue layout

  • Parking

  • VIP areas

  • Burnout activities

  • Vehicle exhibitions

  • Performances

  • Vendors

  • Attractions

  • Schedules

  • Rules

  • Entry procedures

  • Security procedures

Caballos y Trokas is not responsible for travel expenses, hotel costs, fuel costs, lost wages, or any other expenses incurred due to event changes, postponement, or cancellation.

Refund eligibility, if any, will be determined according to the Refund Policy posted on our website.


21. Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated in our posted Refund Policy.

Tickets are generally non-refundable, including but not limited to situations involving:

  • Failure to attend

  • Late arrival

  • Removal from event

  • Weather delays

  • Schedule changes

  • Lineup changes

  • Attraction changes

  • Parking issues

  • Personal emergencies

  • Accidental purchase

  • Duplicate purchase

  • Lost or stolen tickets

  • Failure to read event details

  • Failure to comply with event rules

If an event is postponed, tickets may remain valid for the rescheduled date unless otherwise announced.

Refunds, credits, or exchanges, if offered, are at the sole discretion of Caballos y Trokas.


22. Chargebacks and Fraud

By purchasing tickets, merchandise, vendor spaces, parking passes, or any other item from Caballos y Trokas, you agree to contact us first regarding any billing issue before filing a chargeback.

Fraudulent chargebacks, false disputes, or misuse of payment systems may result in cancellation of tickets, denial of future purchases, denial of entry, or further action as permitted by law.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent, suspicious, unauthorized, duplicated, or in violation of our policies.


23. Merchandise Sales

Merchandise may be available online or at events.

Merchandise availability, pricing, colors, sizing, designs, and descriptions may change at any time.

We make reasonable efforts to display merchandise accurately, but we do not guarantee that colors, images, sizing, or descriptions will appear exactly as shown on your device.

Merchandise returns or exchanges are subject to our posted Refund Policy.

Event merchandise may be limited and may sell out.

Caballos y Trokas events may include vendors, food trucks, sponsors, exhibitors, contractors, performers, or other third parties.

Any purchase, transaction, or interaction with a third-party vendor is solely between you and that vendor.

25. Food, Beverages, and Allergies

Food and beverages may be sold or provided by independent vendors.

Caballos y Trokas does not guarantee that food or beverages are free from allergens, contamination, or other risks.

Guests with allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions are responsible for making their own decisions regarding food and beverage purchases.


26. Photography, Video, and Media Release

By entering a Caballos y Trokas event, you understand and agree that you may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, recorded, or otherwise captured in media.

You grant Caballos y Trokas LLC, its representatives, partners, sponsors, media teams, and affiliates the unrestricted right to use your image, likeness, voice, name, appearance, vehicle, and participation in photographs, videos, livestreams, social media posts, advertisements, promotional materials, broadcasts, websites, merchandise, and future marketing without compensation or additional permission.

This permission applies worldwide and may be used in any format now known or later developed.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you should not attend the event.


27. User Content and Social Media

If you tag Caballos y Trokas, submit content to us, comment on our social media, send us photos or videos, or otherwise share content with us, you grant Caballos y Trokas permission to repost, share, edit, publish, display, and use that content for promotional or business purposes.

You represent that you own or have permission to share any content you submit and that your content does not violate the rights of any third party.


28. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our branding, including but not limited to logos, names, graphics, images, videos, designs, text, slogans, event names, and merchandise designs, is owned by or licensed to Caballos y Trokas.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use of Caballos y Trokas branding, logos, event names, or designs is prohibited.


29. Accessibility and Accommodations

Caballos y Trokas strives to provide a welcoming event environment.

Because some events may be held outdoors or on natural terrain, certain areas may include uneven ground, grass, gravel, dirt, mud, or other conditions that may affect accessibility.


30. Medical Emergencies

By attending a Caballos y Trokas event, you acknowledge that emergency medical services may not be immediately available.

You authorize Caballos y Trokas, event staff, security, or medical personnel to seek emergency assistance if deemed necessary.

You are solely responsible for any medical costs, ambulance fees, hospital bills, treatment expenses, or related costs resulting from illness, injury, or emergency care.


31. Security and Safety

Caballos y Trokas may use security personnel, law enforcement, cameras, bag checks, vehicle checks, wristbands, ticket scanning, barricades, fencing, restricted areas, and other safety measures.

You agree to comply with all security procedures.

Caballos y Trokas does not guarantee that security measures will prevent all injuries, theft, damage, or unlawful activity.


32. Restricted Areas

Certain areas of the event may be restricted to authorized personnel, vendors, staff, drivers, sponsors, VIP guests, media, or approved participants.

Entering restricted areas without permission is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the event without refund.

Restricted areas may include, but are not limited to:

  • Burnout areas

  • Vehicle staging areas

  • Vendor-only areas

  • Staff areas

  • Production areas

  • VIP areas

  • Parking control areas

  • Emergency access areas

  • Backstage areas


33. Force Majeure

Caballos y Trokas shall not be liable for any delay, modification, interruption, postponement, cancellation, or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Such events may include, but are not limited to:

  • Acts of God
